orecchiette with cime di rapa are certainly the most typical dish! It is really savoury, but how to prepare it?
Ingredients per 4 pax
- 250 gramms of fresh orecchiette
- 1 bunch of cime di rapa
- 6 sardine fillets in oil
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 chili pepper
- Olive oil
- Cooking salt
Wash and cut cime di rapa.
Boil some water in a pot, add the cooking salt, orecchiette and cime di rapa.
In another pot cook the garlic and sardines in some oil , until sardines are melted.
Add the chili pepper.
When orecchiette are cooked, put them in the pot with cime di rapa and sauté together
